A degree in Cultural Studies, Film & Photography gave Keri an exciting career of over 20 years in Advertising, Government Communications, and the Arts.
After the arrival of her 3 children she knew her old career needed to shift a bit so she took the creative side that she loved and professionalised the side of her that had always naturally supported family, friends and colleagues.
She re-trained to become a Clinical Hypnotherapist and works from a therapy room in Henley-on-Thames or online worldwide via zoom.
"I love how hypnotherapy allows us to take back control of our thoughts instead of being on internal repeat or being controlled from external factors. I also love seeing my clients change for the positive before their very own eyes!" Keri
So why Yellow Door?
For many people, yellow is seen as a bright and cheerful colour and it evokes a sense of happiness. The colour yellow also exudes brightness, light, vitality, energy, optimism & willingness to grow.
Okay we get the yellow, but what about the door? Doors are often used as a tool within hypnotherapy whether we use it to unlock the door into your mind or walking through the door to make changes.
I also really want a yellow front door and am currently working on my husband who wants blue….
Long term my ambition is to expand Yellow Door to include include other practitioners such as counsellors and Yellow Door's sister company ‘The Tool Box’ specialising in Children is coming soon.
