This is where we discuss your requirements, where we look at those changes you want to make in more detail and I can tell you all about Hypnotherapy. We end the consultation with a taster hypnotherapy session allowing my clients to experience hypnosis so that they can come to their next Hypnotherapy session confidently and without any nerves. My clients leave this session feeling relaxed, happy and ready to make the changes they have decided to make.
